These terms apply when you buy from www.velmara-care.com. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Velmara Care is a trading name of U&R Limited. Registered in England and Wales, company number 14067909. Registered office: Unit 9A, Bizspace Business Centre, Knowles Lane, Bradford, BD4 9SW, England. VAT number: GB469912739. You can contact us at hello@velmara-care.com.
2. Our products
Velmara Care is a retailer. Unless a product is clearly identified as a Velmara own-brand product, it is made by the brand or manufacturer named on the product page. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Product information is supplied by the brand or manufacturer — always read the label before use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover an obvious error in the price of an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before dispatch so you can choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order and our contract with you
After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. If we can’t accept your order — for example, because an item is out of stock — we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses across the UK. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, including dispatch. Free delivery on orders of £25 or more; £4.50 on orders under £25. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us. See Delivery Information.
6. Your right to cancel and return
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We extend this: you can tell us you want to return unused items within 15 days of delivery, and you then have 14 days to send them back. We cover the return postage. Sealed health, hygiene and cosmetic items cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof of return), including the original standard delivery charge if you return your whole order. 7. Faulty or incorrect items
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If such an event affects your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid for products not received.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts there. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to resolve it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
