How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, including dispatch.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery on orders of £25 or more; £4.50 on orders under £25.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT.
Where do your products come from?
Our aim is to curate products from a range of countries and brands. Where a product’s country of origin is known, you’ll find it on the product page.
Does Velmara Care manufacture the products?
Velmara Care is primarily a retailer and curator. Brand and manufacturer information is shown on each product page. Any genuine Velmara own-brand product will be clearly identified.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the return postage. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details and the items we can’t accept back.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@velmara-care.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your legal rights are not affected.
