We deliver to addresses across the UK.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days of you placing it, including the time it takes us to pack and dispatch it. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

The delivery charge for your order is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT.
If your order is late or arrives damaged
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@velmara-care.com with your order number and we’ll help put things right.
Delays outside our control
Occasionally a delivery may take longer because of events outside our control, such as severe weather or disruption at the delivery company. If this affects your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
